As a nutritional therapist and health coach, my goal is to get you to a place where your time is spent thinking about, and doing, the things that are meaningful in your life, not worrying about your health.
Reading the scientific research, identifying root causes and coming up with diet and lifestyle recommendations to address these, is only half the solution. Helping my clients to implement the recommendations by identifying barriers to change or limiting beliefs, and by supporting them to adopt new behaviours and habits, is the other – often harder – half. That’s why health coaching is such an integral part of what I offer.
I have 3 teenage children and understand the stresses of juggling children, job, aging parents and managing a home. So my aim is to keep it real and practical – to find solutions that fit in with your life.
