I'm Michele and I'm a Registered Nutritionist, Health Coach and Natural Chef Lecturer at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. I love to use food and nutrition to support digestion disorders, fix bloating, reflux, and discomfort. I work with people who want to feel energised, improve their sleep, resolve their tummy troubles, lose weight and feel confident and attractive again.
Digestion issues are now a common complaint and with around 80% of the immune system located in the gut, it can impact the whole body, causing brain fog, stress, forgetfulness, food cravings, food intolerances, weight gain, aching joints, not to mention loose or irregular bowel movements.
My approach is to put together a personalised programme using diet, supplements, and testing to get to the root cause of your health issues. Clients typically report that working with me on their gut problems or detoxification helps bring their hormones into line, they lose weight, banish the brain fog, get rid of embarrassing bloating and find more energy than they thought possible.
Very often clients come to me having seen their GP or specialist consultants, have done colonoscopies, endoscopies, stool tests, blood tests, to be told everything is ‘normal’, but they still have symptoms! Why accept a life on medication or restrictive FODMAP diets when you can understand why your body reacts the way it does. I show clients how to help themselves to be in their best health rather than face a life of pills and side-effects.

A personalised plan works better for you but I also offer the coaching and motivation to stick at it, to get the results you want.
I don’t work with one-off appointments or 6-week check-ups which leave you floundering with your diet, symptoms and motivation on your own. In my experience, this leaves clients struggling and they frequently fall off the plan and end up back at square one, only poorer and demotivated. We all have a finite amount of motivation so with health coaching and frequent progress calls I can help you stay on track, work at a realistic pace that suits you, and answer any questions you might have as they come up along the journey.
