I’m Lisa Fenelon, a registered Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach, and I am passionate about working with busy women who want to take back control of their health, feel more energetic, lose those stubborn extra pounds, improve sleep, and feel less stressed.
Health and fitness has always been a part of my life in some shape or form as a fitness instructor, sports centre manager, reflexologist, and running children’s exercise programmes. So, when I decided to study Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching, it came as no surprise to those who know me best that this was the path I wanted to pursue.
Life can be full of ups and downs and I have had my fair share of some life-changing events, and had it not been for regular exercise, my love of the outdoors, and a ‘relatively’ healthy diet, my experience of coping with these stressful events would have had an even more negative effect on my body than it did. I truly believe that the food we eat and our lifestyle habits can have a profound effect on our health and wellbeing.
My approach with clients is practical and supportive, providing a safe environment and allowing you to openly discuss any health concerns without judgement. We will work closely together exploring what really matters to you. With my guidance, coaching skills, and accountability, you will learn the simple and practical tools towards living a healthier and balanced life without feeling ‘deprived of the odd indulgence’ which makes it all the more possible for lasting results.
As a result, my clients experience a great boost to their energy levels, they enjoy long-term weight loss without dieting or feeling deprived, they sleep better, are less stressed, and feel happier and more confident than they have ever felt.
