I’d love to help you regain your natural energy, strength and resilience. I’m a firm believer in the power that food can have on health – not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.
The reasons why you might be struggling can be complex and are often the result of other underlying issues, such as hormone imbalance, struggles with getting rid of toxin build-up or poor digestion. We are all unique, and there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all solution.
My training as a nutritional therapist and health coach enables me to look a little deeper and consider you as an individual. I take a collaborative approach to understand where your body needs the most support. I provide guidance along the way, helping you to make sustainable changes to your health and give you the best chance of long-term success.
I help women with a range of conditions, from weight loss and hormone imbalance to digestive discomfort. I am particularly interested in the effects of stress and how this can impact your body.
