I am a registered Nutritional Therapist & Health Coach, and a registered member of The British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). I am a foodie, health crusader and am totally passionate about the power of nutrition and how diet and lifestyle change can totally transform your health and life.
I work predominantly with the modern busy woman over 30 - often juggling work and family life. I help to support women who are suffering stress, anxiety and overwhelm; with low energy-tiredness or fatigue; or those struggling with weight, sleep and other hormonal issues.
One area of particular interest for me is also Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) due to my own experience of overcoming these debilitating conditions with transformative diet and lifestyle changes.
