I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach. Passionate about the powerful effects of nutrition, I love real food and encouraging my clients to explore simple cooking using the freshest ingredients that contain properties to benefit their health.

I have found the most effective way to work with my clients is over a 10 week period to help them make changes that can last a lifetime.  

My clients are usually busy women who have been so busy juggling their family and work lives that they have not been prioritising their own health. They report symptoms of tiredness, digestive issues, inability to lose weight, anxiety, poor skin, mood swings, pain, poor sleep and many more.  

Due to my own positive experiences of nutrition and lifestyle effects on the symptoms of PCOS, I have a specialist interest in this area.  

My clients choose me as I understand their issues and give the a safe and supportive place to discuss their health issues. After completing one of my programmes they report improvement in symptoms, more energy, better sleep and feeling more balanced, ready to take on the challenges of being a modern day woman!

I also regularly run on-line 28 day programmes for groups and company employees.  

I am a member of The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and registered with The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
