Hi, I'm Hannah, I'm a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach.
I specialise in helping women in their 40’s and 50’s transform their health and energy and find the weight that feels just right for them. Like me, my clients have found when they reach their 40’s and 50’s something seems to change in their bodies. They feel inexplicably exhausted, all sorts of niggly little health symptoms appear out of nowhere, their weight begins to creep up and worst of all they just don’t feel like themselves anymore.
For me, I had battled with insomnia all my adult life, as a Mum of two, I found myself in my early 40’s - my insomnia was worse than ever, I was exhausted, grumpy and miserable (not a great place to be), my teen acne seemed to have returned, and for the first time in my life I was gaining weight around the middle. Nothing I did seemed to make any difference. It was time to take a new approach! After lots of research I started making changes to the food that I was eating.
The results were amazing. My sleep improved dramatically overnight. I had more energy and began to feel more like exercising. My mood improved, I was much less irritable with my family and my weight started to shift in the right direction. In short, I started to feel like me again. That’s when I decided to return to college and study for a diploma in Nutritional Therapy at the highly regarded Institute for Optimum Nutrition from which I qualified with distinction. What I learned there, and in my years of clinical practice since then, can help you to transform your heath so that you too can feel energised and radiant, rediscover your waist, and find the food choices that make you feel fantastic.
As a mum of teens, juggling work and family life, I totally get how easy it is for everyone else’s needs to come first. I know first-hand just how it feels to be literally dragging yourself through the day. I absolutely believe that when you feel fantastic everyone around you benefits.
