I'm a Registered Nutritional Therapist and I work with busy women in their 40s and 50s who are stressed out and struggling with their energy levels and the first signs of ageing. I help them to take back control of their health, rebalance their hormones and feel re-energised and confident in their body again.
I offer personalised nutrition and lifestyle programmes because there is no 'one size fits all' solution. The best way to make real improvements to your health and achieve lasting results is to work with me on a one-to-one basis over a period of time, usually a minimum of 10-12 weeks. A 'one-off' appointment is unlikely to be enough to change a lifetime of habits and help you feel re-energised and more like the 'old you' again.
And I try to keep things real. Working with me won't involve fad diets or complete deprivation of your favourite things, unless I feel it is absolutely necessary. By understanding your health goals and priorities I will coach you through realistic, achievable dietary and lifestyle changes to support your journey to a healthier, amazing new you.
