I am a registered nutritional therapist, yoga teacher & health coach specialising in energy & stress management.
My mission is to empower my clients to take control of their health naturally, and to promote a state of wellbeing both physically, mentally and emotionally. I recognise our biochemical uniqueness and differing lifestyles, which is why I am extremely passionate about creating diet and lifestyle plans that are not only nutritionally sound and therapeutic, but also tailored to be achievable for each individual. For me, wellness is a way of life, not something that should make you feel constricted.
As a passionate foodie myself, I realise the importance of great tasting and exciting food, which is why I provide my clients with recipes, motivation, and highly individual protocols to help you achieve and maintain your happiest and healthiest self.
