I am passionate about good health, nutrition, and helping my clients find their own way. Using my Coaching and Nutritional Therapy skills, I have learnt how to empower my clients, guiding them and helping them to find clarity and focus on their individual goals. I give them all the resources they need and then use my skills to coach, mentor and support them.
I believe that honesty, integrity and listening are the hallmarks of a good coach.
Although I have been doing this since 2006 and have helped hundreds of people, I don’t claim to know everything. One thing I do know for sure is that people are confused!
There is so much conflicting information out there, and one of my jobs is to dispel the myths and present the information that is relevant to my clients in a clear and easy to implement way.
I believe that being well-informed and well-supported with accountability is all anyone needs to enable them to make the simple changes that are required to lose weight, increase confidence, reduce stress and prevent many illnesses.
All of my clients are great, health-conscious, smart people. Although I work with all ages, most of them are 40+ with the majority looking to lose some weight and to reclaim their health.
I work both “face-to-face” and remotely with individuals, small groups and larger groups.
