I'm Anna and I am so glad we have found each other. I'm passionate about helping women who are overstressed, fatigued, undernourished and often overtrained, to optimise their health by combining evidence-based functional nutrition and lifestyle changes, including self-kindness. Why self-kindness? Because you need to be as understanding with yourself as you would be with your best friend for your own well-being.
Women in their 20s, 30s, and 40s choose to work with me because they have spent years struggling with their symptoms, often not knowing that they can feel any better, or trying to figure things out for themselves, not wanting to admit they need help. Most often because they didn't prioritise their wellbeing, which eventually led them to burn out and countless health issues.
