Firstly, thank you for visiting my web page. The fact you are here must mean you are looking to take the first real step towards your goal weight, or get back to the great shape you used to have, and I can appreciate how that feels.
For over 10 years, I started a diet EVERY January and almost every other Monday but basically didn’t get anywhere. Does that sound familiar? However, in March 2016 I started to change my habits and changed my life. I now help others to change their life too through correct nutrition and pilates.
I encourage and motivate my clients to move up through weight plan steps and pilates classes accordingly, so you can stabilise your weight loss and maintain your new body forever. I can help you change the way you think about both food and exercise, building positive habits around them that will cross over to all parts of your life.
It's not just a diet and exercise regime. It's a lifestyle! I am passionate about promoting health, vitality and wellness. I love exploring the connection of the mind and the body through movement. It is inspiring to see my students gaining in muscle tone, strength, flexibility and body awareness. Reducing stress levels and seeing overall improvement in their general well-being. It is a joy to know that I am contributing to making a difference in my students’ lives, helping them to be in better shape, be more comfortable in their skin and reduce some of those aches and pains.
