My name’s Aga, I’m a nutritionist and I help women struggling with fatigue, brain fog and weight issues get rid of their symptoms and feel awesome again without eating or doing things they don’t enjoy. 


Good nutrition is the key to health but there’s no such thing as the perfect diet for this or that, whatever your symptom or disease may be. We’re all different and the only way to make health happen is to discover your own personal nutritional needs and find a way to meet them without forcing yourself to do or eat things that you can’t stand. This way, it’s not a ‘diet’, it’s a way of eating you want to stick to for the rest of your life because you love how it makes you look and feel! This is what I help my client with and I love witnessing the transformations they experience. 


Personally, I have an autoimmune thyroid disease and, by default, this is my area of expertise. Fatigue, brain fog and weight issues are my clients' typical complaints along with anxiety, depression, insomnia, PMS, period and fertility problems, hair loss, gut issues and food intolerances.
