200ml almond milk
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp cacao nibs
1 tbsp unsweetened desiccated coconut
1 heaped tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
pinch of sea salt
1. In a wide-bottomed jar or portable container, pour in the almond milk, chia seed, oats, cacao nibs, coconut, almond butter, maple syrup, and a pinch of sea salt.
2. Give the mixture a good stir to incorporate the almond butter.
3. Put the lid on and keep in the fridge overnight and they’re ready to go for breakfast. Add your own fruit topping for a twist!
