100g frozen banana (equivalent to 1 small banana)
1 tbsp chia seed
2 tsp maca powder (this gives it a deliciously nutty and sweet flavour)
2-3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp shelled hemp seed
2 tbsp cacao nibs
1. Add the frozen banana to a blender and blend on low until only small bits remain.
2. Add the coconut milk or almond milk, chia seeds, maca powder, cinnamon, avocado and raw cacao powder and blend on low again, scraping down sides as needed, until the mixture reaches a soft-serve consistency.
3. Scoop into a serving bowl and top with toppings and enjoy
