Holistic Nutritionist and Zest4Life Practitioner

Katherine is a graduate of the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Toronto where she earned the designation of Certified Nutritional Practitioner with First-Class Honours. She is designated as a Registered Nutritional Orthomolecular Practitioner, RNCP/ROHP through the International Organization of Nutritional Consultants.  

Katherine is also the only certified Zest4Life Practitioner in Canada. She’s been voted Barrie’s Favourite Nutritionist several years running.


Katherine’s Story

With over 25 years of experience in the sales, hospitality and customer service industries, Katherine took this knowledge and embarked on a journey into the health and wellness industry.  She identified an opportunity to introduce work/life balance and optimal nutrition within her own family.  After witnessing the amazing effects, she knew she had to share her knowledge with the world.

In addition to offering one-on-one nutritional counseling and group Zest4Life healthy weight loss programs, Katherine provides keynote speaking, seminars and lunch and learns for corporations, organizations and cruise lines. She has been an active Food Revolution Day Ambassador since 2010.

Katherine lives in Barrie with her husband of 25 years, and their daughter and son. She is actively involved in the community and its various fundraisers and community events.
