About the Event
Join us for this educational event with our special guest speaker Lorna Driver-Davies, Head of Nutrition at Wild Nutrition.
Perimenopause is often poorly understood publicly but also clinically, where there lacks a distinction between appropriate support for perimenopause versus menopause.
The health risks in perimenopause are also not fully understood and nutrition can play a great role in safeguarding the lifestyle that is certainly more than basic hormone shift, fluctuation and decline.
A successful perimenopause phase can make for an easier, and healthier, transition to menopause.
Learning objectives:
- Understanding symptoms and key areas of support most needed
- More confidence combining HRT with herbs and botanicals
- Helpful functional testing
In Autumn 2022, Wild Nutrition produced a research report on Perimenopause which showed very interesting findings. You can download a copy here: https://www.wildnutrition.com/pages/perimenopause-report

Wild Nutrition is dedicated to supporting women’s health at all life stages, through using natural food-based non synthetic supplements and nutritional advice in consultations. Their co-founder Henrietta Norton, formulated a multi vitamin and mineral product for adolescent girls. Specialist supplements for teens are very rare. This product was formulated in line with national nutrition statistics for nutrient gaps in adolescence in general and then specifically in females.
A 10-minute Q&A will take place at the end of the webinar when you will have an opportunity to ask specific questions following the presentation.
