Alex is a Registered Nutritional Therapist, Certified NLP Practitioner and Health Coach. She runs a busy practice specialising in gut and hormone health with a focus on PCOS. Alex’s mission is to give people the practical tools they need so that they can take charge of their own health and happiness long-term. She uses the same principles in her role as a Zest4life Mentor too, encouraging and supporting members with the tools they need to develop a thriving practice.
