We're here to support you - no questions are too small and none are too big. This is a relaxed and safe space with no judgement, no pressure, just support, guidance and years of experience to share with you.

A little more about our hosts, Magalie & Ann

Many of you will already know Magalie and Ann, but for those of you that don't yet, we thought we'd introduce them and give a brief insight into the wealth of knowledge and experience they bring to these sessions.

Magalie Paillard is an experienced Nutritional Therapist, Naturopath, Wellbeing coach and one of our Zest4life Business Mentors.

Magalie launched her practice in 2008 and within 3 months was running a thriving practice working with private GP's and physiotherapists, and running groups.

In 2012 Magalie branched out into working with leading 5-star hotels and running retreats in St Lucia, Dubai, Malta, Spain, Mauritius, Morocco to Thailand, implementing nutrition programmes.

Magalie has a unique and focused way to break into any market she chooses and is an expert in feeling the fear and doing it anyway!

Ann Garry is a Director of Zest and our Nutrition Marketing specialist; she runs regular Masterminds and Masterclasses showing you many unique ways to practice.

Ann launched her own practice in 2009 and within 3 months she had 56 clients and went on to build a successful practice supporting one-to-one clients and groups. Ann has full confidence in every single practitioner that we work with, she believes that you can all achieve the same success with the right guidance.

With Ann's clear and precise mentoring and confidence building coaching support, you will feel that every opportunity and goal you set yourself is achievable.
